Port Chester Beer currently only offers beer for sale and delivery. If you are placing an order for any type of alcoholic beverages from Port Chester Beer, you do so agreeing to the following:

You understand that Port Chester Beer is not responsible for damage to product caused by weather. You understand that most shipping companies are not shipping in climate-controlled vehicles and you agree to accept the risk associated with such shipments. You agree that Port Chester Beer cannot be held responsible for any damage related to weather or climate and acknowledge that returns will may not be accepted for this reason;
You understand that Port Chester Beer must abide by all laws and that purchasing alcohol may only be done by those who are over the age of 21. Delivery acceptance must also be performed by a person over the age of 21 and the delivery company will require proper identification will be requested and required as condition of delivery. Port Chester Beer may require proof of age via a faxed copy of a driver’s license prior to shipping your order. We may also require an affidavit from the buyer to confirm their age when placing an order.
Shipment is typically done via United Parcel Service (UPS). Their policy is to attempt delivery three (3) times. If after they have attempted delivery for the third time they have remained unsuccessful, they will return the package to Port Chester Beer. If this occurs, we will refund the purchase price of the products however, delivery/ shipping charges will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to use alternate shipping including Fed Ex or a private carrier. We will contact the person who places an order if we are going to change the order from a standard UPS shipment.
Port Chester Beer is unable to make delivery to PO Boxes or to any military addresses. In addition, certain restrictions and state laws may apply in the respective state laws in AK, AR, DE, HI, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, MT, NH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TX, UT, VA, WA and WV and may prevent us from delivering in these states. Any transactions that are prohibited by law will be considered null and void.
Shipping information: Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping containers. Shipping Rates are provided at checkout based on a number of factors including your address, your zip code, the weight of the shipment and the method that you select for shipment. Shipping costs are calculated when you choose your shipping method at checkout. Charges are calculated use the published United Parcel Service (UPS) rates. Shipments may incur fuel surcharges.
Shipping costs may vary based on shipping service opted, zip code, residential or commercial address, weight of the total shipment, insurance cost and fuel surcharges. All shipments originate from our warehouse in Portchester, New York 10573.
All transit time and days noted above are for business days, excluding any holidays, weather restrictions and/ or third party delays once shipment leaves our warehouse. Back Ordered Items
As much as we try to make sure that we have sufficient product in stock, from time to time products may be on backorder. In this case, we are generally out of stock less than two (2) weeks. In the event that any product you order is on back order, you will be informed via email or phone if you wish to either substitute the items on backorder with another product or if you wish to wait for your items to be available. In such an even your order will be shipped partially and noted in the invoice provided. Important note: If your shipment arrives and any item you order is not included which are listed in the invoice included with the shipment, you must contact us within seven (7) business days to file a claim. We reserve the right to refuse claims after this time.
Partial Shipment Confirmation
We issue partial shipment confirmations if your order is shipped in more than one package and/or if multiple packages did not leave our warehouse at the same time. Generally, when this occurs, you may receive two separate notifications in one day, indicating the second package shipped. Rarely you may have two notifications on two separate days and a final confirmation that your entire order has shipped. We try to minimize this as much as possible by shipping multiple package orders at the same time.
Lost or stolen shipments
You agree to not hold Port Chester Beer responsible for any items that are shipped in accordance with our shipping practices and are subsequently lost or stolen. We offer additional insurance option is offered during shipping and it is advisable to protect your products especially orders over 100$ with shipping insurance.
Port Chester Beer understands that you may order product to be shipped to your office, to a large office complex or to various facilities that may have a mailroom, receptionist or other personnel who accept packages. Once this person has accepted a package, you agree that Port Chester Beer has fulfilled their obligation to deliver your order.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We understand that sometimes you do not want your entire order being shipped to one address. It is important that if you wish to split your order and ship to multiple addresses you understand that there will be additional shipping charges. The best way to ship to multiple addresses and to avoid any shipping delay is to call us directly at (914) 939-2020 and speak to one our customer service representatives. We will verify your shipment so that it matches your billing address to reduce fraud and may require a faxed credit card authorization form and identification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
You agree that Port Chester Beer cannot be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information p. When you place an order, you agree to provide up-to-date e-mail, billing, and shipping information. Billing and shipping address much match your order. Orders that need to be sent to a different address will incur additional shipping charges or delays.
