Trappistes Rochefort 10 is a quadruple ale produced by The Trappist Monastery of Abbaye de Notre Dame de Saint-Remy in Belgium. This very dark ale with an ABV of 11.3% pours with a tan head and nice lacing. Its extremely complex range of flavors are redolent of dark fruits, molasses, brown sugar and spices to create creamy, full-bodied and nicely carbonated brew.
